1. Order Processing

Under normal conditions, orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed. Processing times may vary depending on the product type, order volume, and availability.

Once an order enters processing or production, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

2. Shipping Methods, Shipping Time & Shipping Fees

 

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the actual weight of your order and displayed at checkout. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Terms

We work with multiple domestic and international carriers, depending on your shipping address.

International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not charge VAT or import taxes at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Change of Delivery Address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has entered production.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 06 hours of placing your order by using our Contact Form or the email address provided on our website.

5. Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order within 06 hours of placing it, you may be responsible for payment processing fees, which are non-refundable if incurred.
