1. Order Adjustment & Cancellation
1.1 Order Changes
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, order details can only be modified within 06 hours of placing your order.
If you need to make changes, please contact us through our Contact Form within this timeframe.
You may request changes to:

If the updated order increases the total value, additional payment will be required. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order will be processed using the original details.
If the update reduces the order value, the price difference will not be refunded.
Please note that removing items may make your order ineligible for promotional offers.
1.2 Order Cancellation (Within 06 Hours)
Orders canceled within 06 hours of placement may be subject to payment processing fees, which are non-refundable if incurred.
1.3 Late Cancellation
Order cancellation is not allowed after 06 hours from the time of purchase.
If incorrect or insufficient information (such as an invalid shipping address) prevents order processing or delivery, we will contact you via your registered email. If we do not receive a response within the specified timeframe, the order may be canceled and a partial refund issued after deducting incurred processing and shipping costs, depending on the order status.

Incomplete documentation may delay or invalidate your request.
2.3 Processing Time
Once your request is approved via email:

Funds usually appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider

3.3 User Errors
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for errors made by the customer, including incorrect selection of size, color, or design.
3.4 Packaging Disclaimer
Some products may be folded during packaging to meet carrier requirements. Minor creases or wrinkles caused by packaging are not considered defects. To reduce creases, lay the product flat for 3–5 days after receipt.
